These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Callback iOS application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Callback helps you discover job and internship listings, prepare application materials, and track your own application progress. Callback is a discovery and organization tool:
You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. The app is designed for personal, non-commercial use.
Callback offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Callback Pro"):
Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. To the extent required, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Free-tier limits (such as the daily apply allowance) may change over time.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to scrape, resell, or redistribute listing data; reverse-engineering the app; or using it in violation of any applicable law or of a third-party site's terms when you apply.
The app displays content from and links to third-party services (job boards, employer sites, program pages). We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices. Company names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement of or by Callback.
Your profile, resume text, and application records are stored on your device and remain yours. We claim no ownership of them and — as described in our Privacy Policy — we never receive them.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of listings, or uninterrupted availability. Listing data comes from third-party sources that may be incomplete, outdated, or discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callback and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are between you and Callback, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the extent not covered by these Terms.
We may update the app and these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the app or any feature at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
